Patient ejected from a NZ hospital wearing pyjamas and dumped in a bus shelter

After almost three weeks in Christchurch Hospital alcoholic Neil David Jones was dumped in a bus shelter by security staff because the doctor caring for him believed he was "looking for a free ride". Nurses and security both challenged the doctor saying he was clearly too ill and had nowhere to live, but were told to remove him from the hospital. Two days later the 47-year-old was dead. 

I'm ashamed and disgusted that something like this could and did happen in NZ. This incident was condemned by the Coroner recently. The death happened about four years ago. He was actually dressed in hospital pyjamas because had defecated in his own clothes
